A statement about coronavirus (COVID-19)
TO ALL CUSTOMERS, VISITORS AND EMPLOYEES
UPDATE
March 20, 2020
Due to Governor Kay Ivey’s recent regulations regarding on-premise food consumption and other health orders, we have unfortunately come to the decision to temporarily close our complex. Our plan is to reopen to the public March 30, 2020 or when the ban is lifted.
Our executive staff is still working and we will continue to book birthday parties, school/church groups, and events for future dates, so please don’t hesitate to give us a call and let us help you plan your next party (we know everyone will need one when this over.)
We will see you soon North Alabama and stay safe.

The well-being of our community, is first and foremost our top priority. Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), please know that we are taking several precautionary measures to help keep our customers and employees safe. We are currently open and operating, but we are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to communicate with the local health officials to determine the best course of action. We will provide updates on our website regarding our hours of operation and upcoming events as needed.
Given the concerns regarding the virus, know that we are carefully monitoring recommendations of governmental health agencies, such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and our local health agencies. We have further elevated our stringent cleaning and sanitation protocol. Here are examples of our precautionary methods:
- Disinfection high touch hard surfaces throughout the Complex hourly, such as door handles, concession counters, reception areas, skate and laser tag counters, rock wall equipment as well as all equipment required for safety at all venue locations.
- Increasing the deployment of anti-bacterial hand sanitizer within our complex
- Modifying our policy on concessions and food service
- Educating our staff on COVID-19 symptoms as well as preventative measures
- Instructing employees to wash their hands a minimum of hourly, which has been proven by the CDC to be the most effective preventative measure
- Recommending that those who are not feeling well to stay home to prevent the spread of germs
Rest assured that Insanity Complex will remain in close contact with the governmental health agencies and is taking the proper precautions as this situation evolves. Thank you for your trust in Insanity Complex and know that we will remain committed to offering you a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment.
